About the role
- Serve as subject matter expert for SAP CDC CIAM, including DataFlows, Consent & Progressive Profiling, and ScreenSets.
- Define and implement custom identifier strategies with policy governance and provider configurations.
- Architect data synchronization patterns using IdentitySync, Webhooks, and native connectors.
- Lead design and enablement of SSO (OIDC/SAML) with token/session/risk policies.
- Integrate SAP CDC with downstream applications and platforms, ensuring scalability and data quality.
- Collaborate with web/app teams to build reusable client/server-side implementation accelerators.
- Review architectures and production readiness with regional development teams.
- Manage roles, permissions, and privacy/security guardrails in line with standards.
- Operationalize Insights, custom reports, and the Identity Query Tool for analytics and audits.
- Identify and communicate risks, dependencies, and assumptions that impact roadmap delivery.
- Translate localization and regulatory requirements into compliant technical solutions.
Requirements
- [Required] Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
- [Required] 8–10+ years in engineering or solution consulting, including 3+ years with SAP CDC.
- [Required] Experience delivering 3+ full-cycle SAP CDC implementations.
- [Required] Strong collaboration with global, cross-time-zone teams.
- [Nice to have] SAP CDC certification.
