• - Run a word‑for‑word call script for the entire call, from greeting to booking, on every conversation. The only time you go off script is to answer a client’s specific question (e.g. directions, timing) or collect unique information. Any changes to wording are tested and approved by the Salon Director first.
• - Responding to inbound SMS, Facebook DMs, and Instagram DMs that are escalated to a human when AI cannot handle it
• - Creating follow up tasks in the CRM
• - Booking appointments, rescheduling, and cancelling
• - Calling no-shows to get them back on the calendar
• - Communicating with hair stylists regarding client requests and scheduling needs

• - Review KPI targets, own your numbers, and bring data‑backed ideas to improve them (no freelancing on scripts or processes; changes go through a structured process).

• Conduct a full performance audit of existing SQL queries, stored procedures, and reporting pipelines
• Optimize slow-performing queries, multi-table joins, window functions, and EF-generated SQL.
• Diagnose and resolve locking, blocking, and deadlock conditions
• Improve indexing strategy, query plans, and concurrency handling
• Optimize Entity Framework usage patterns and reduce unnecessary DB roundtrips
• Review and optimize SQL interactions within API calls and background jobs

• Build a reusable automation framework
• Architect a test framework packaged for reuse across CEE teams.

• Manage golden datasets and synthetic market data at scale for repeatable regression.
• Pipelines, environments & observability
• Embed suites in Azure DevOps (build → deploy → smoke → regression → perf/security) with mandatory gates (coverage, static analysis, compliance, performance).
• Orchestrate tests on AKS with Docker/Kubernetes, ephemeral environments.
• Validate OpenTelemetry to correlate trace IDs across services; validate Application Insights/Dynatrace signals in assertions.

• Baseline latency/throughput; run JMeter/LoadRunner for spike/soak/failover; collaborate on capacity tuning.
• Automate OWASP checks (ZAP), enforce SAST/DAST and dependency scanning (Snyk) with remediation gating.
• Leadership & operations
• Lead QA activities in the project, mentor developers on testability and quality by design.
• Contribute to incident response, RCA, production canary/verification suites, and reliability playbooks.

• You'll architect and build the core infrastructure of the Numinous platform. This is the backbone that allows autonomous AI agents to ingest data, reason, compete, and forecast.
• Designing and building the agent orchestration pipeline that allows AI forecasters to ingest data, reason, and produce predictions.
• Building and optimising the signal pipeline that feeds real-world data into forecasting models.
• Experimenting with different forecasting architectures to find optimal approaches for linking targets to signals.
• Writing production-grade Python that handles complexity at scale, not scripts that work in a notebook.
• Contributing to technical strategy alongside the founders. You'll have a voice in what gets built and why.
• Evaluating and vetting technical candidates as the engineering team grows.

Senior Python Engineer – AI Agents, Forecasting

• Create and manage complex data sets to test insurance quoting engines and logic.
• Understand data flow, data maintenance, and how configuration changes impact system output.
• Use AI coding assistants to write and optimize automated test scripts efficiently.
• Build and execute automated test scripts using Playwright (primary).
• Contribute toward a future testing state that includes Selenium.
