Account Executive

• Manage the full sales cycle for new clients, from inbound qualification and outbound prospecting through discovery, demo, negotiation, and close
• Run structured discovery into prospects' consumer credit lifecycle, technical architecture, and current vendors
• Navigate multi-stakeholder deals involving product, engineering, legal, compliance, and executive buyers
• Collaborate with SDRs on account strategy and improve inbound qualification
• Build and maintain pipeline coverage to meet targets
• Forecast accurately and consistently in HubSpot
• Develop knowledge of the competitive landscape and apply it in active deals
• Share deal learnings, win/loss patterns, and buyer language with Product Marketing
• Flag product gaps and market signals to product and leadership
• Own commercial relationships for largest accounts post-close until dedicated account-management handoff

• Engage directly with customers and internal stakeholders to understand workflows and pain points, then translate them into precise technical requirements, data models, API behaviors, and integration patterns.
• Identify when a customer's stated request is a symptom of a deeper system problem, and define the right fix.
• Run structured discovery on technical and integration-layer problems, and build a point of view on what's worth solving next.
• Build internal tools yourself, using AI-assisted development, no-code platforms, or lightweight scripting.
• Own the requirement lifecycle from discovery through acceptance.

Senior Technical Product Manager

• Spend real time with customers, prospects, internal teams, and market data to find unmet needs and whitespace, especially in debt, lending, and consumer finance.
• Turn raw opportunities into testable hypotheses, and design lean experiments (prototypes, concierge MVPs, pilots) to validate or kill them fast.
• Present validated opportunities with a revenue hypothesis and evidence, for joint go/no-go sign-off with Product and Sales leadership.
• Own full 0-to-1 execution for anything that clears the gate, launch through growth.
• Instrument products from day one so you know immediately what's working and what isn't.
• Track post-launch performance against your original revenue hypothesis, so we learn from every bet, proven or not.
• Maintain a standing log of active opportunity hypotheses and their current stage, visible to Product and Revenue leadership.
• Stay close to industry trends, regulatory shifts, and adjacent market dynamics that could open new doors.
