About the role
- Manage a dedicated book of SMB business, acting as the primary point of contact for IT Directors and Security Admins.
- Monitor account health metrics and utilization rates to prevent churn before it happens.
- Ensure "sticky" adoption of our security controls across the client’s organization.
- Identify and execute on expansion opportunities, focusing on increasing Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
Requirements
- Proven track record in B2B Account Management with a focus on retention and expansion.
- Experience managing pipelines in CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) and accurate forecasting.
- Strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape (Ransomware, DLP, Shadow IT).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (capable of leading QBRs).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Cybersecurity, or related field is a nice-to-have.
