About the role
- Lead managed service teams
- Deliver IT services to high-profile customers
- Ensure SLAs are met according to contracted services
- Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for service excellence

Requirements
- Experience leading managed service teams delivering IT services
- Knowledge of ITIL service management processes
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage senior stakeholders
- Capability to deliver successful IT services under pressure and on time
