• You are the first point of contact for our Dutch customers: You answer all questions about our platform and services
• You support our customers and content creators with challenges, ensuring that collaborations run smoothly and platform requirements are met
• You proactively mediate between brands and creators when collaboration doesn't run smoothly
• You learn to identify up- and cross-selling opportunities and develop these customer relationships further
• You collect feedback from the Dutch market and bring it directly back to the team 👉 Your goal: to make our Dutch customers completely satisfied.
