About the role
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with kitchen & bath professionals, fabricators, and retailers
- Stay up-to-date on Spectrum Quartz product knowledge and industry trends
- Follow up on leads and referrals, developing trusted advisor relationships with key partners
- Represent Spectrum Quartz at trade shows, marketing events, and industry associations
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts to meet sales quotas
- Use Salesforce daily to log customer visits, forecast, and track customer metrics using Salesforce
- Collaborate with center managers to grow territory performance and report on initiatives
- Resolve client issues and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven success in sales as an Account Manager or similar role in the quartz/natural stone industry
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts with precision and attention to detail
- Clean driving and criminal record
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in sales or the design industry
