About the role
- Provide inbound call center customer service to homeowners for HOA management issues.
- Multitask across phone, email, chat, and client database tools to support thousands of diverse requests daily.
- Solve complex problems quickly while maintaining a positive/resilient attitude.
- Use CHAT, EMAIL, PHONE, and client database tools seamlessly to resolve homeowner concerns.
- Complete paid in-office training (typically 4-5 weeks) and work a hybrid schedule thereafter.
- Collaborate within a friendly, team-oriented contact center environment and participate in performance reviews and career track plans.

- Resilient and positive attitude while handling many difficult interactions with homeowners.
- Tech wizardry to efficiently use CHAT, EMAIL, PHONE, and client database tools seamlessly.
- Strong passion for customer success and pride on resolution of homeowner concerns.
- Experience in a fast-paced call center environment or similar type of customer service role is desired, but may not be required.
- Availability to work shift hours between 8 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday; some weekend work available but not required.
- Must be able to commute into the local office for training (typically 4-5 weeks) and work in-office as needed.
- Bilingual in Spanish is optional (not required).
- Must be local and able to commute to the San Antonio office when required.
