About the role

  • The Project Management Support Supervisor is responsible for providing analytical support of line operations throughout all Niagara’s production facilities.
  • Work with technicians and vendors to identify and act upon opportunities to improve current systems within the organization.
  • Work with plant maintenance teams to work on and complete line rebuilds/overhauls annually and in within schedule.
  • Identify and implement enhancements with vendors; manage projects on site; supervise 4 department mechanics and plant maintenance team.
  • Travel approximately 100% of the year; domestic and international travel; valid driver's license required.
  • Competencies: Microsoft Office; analytical skills; self-motivated; strong communication; ability to work with diverse workforce.
  • Training: Develop SOPs and job aids; disseminate knowledge; create communication channels for customers and stakeholders.
  • Special Assignments include coordinating vendors, equipment transfers, etc.

Requirements

  • 2 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment
  • 2 Years – Experience managing people/projects
  • 4 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment (Preferred)
  • 4 Years – Experience managing people/projects (Preferred)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or other related field (Minimum Required)
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration or other related field (Preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Microsoft Office Applications – Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, etc.
  • Able to translate data into recommendable actions to senior staff
  • Self-Motivated with a proven record of taking the initiative
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
  • Detail-Oriented with Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
  • Travel Requirements: Approximately 100% of the year; Travel domestically and internationally
  • Valid driver's license
