About the role
- Lead the evolution of SpeakUp’s brand identity across all channels
- Design engaging visuals for digital and print: ads, social, websites, brochures, presentations
- Build templates and toolkits that enable non-designers to create on-brand content
- Use AI tools to scale design and video workflows
- Produce and edit videos to bring the brand to life
- Create scalable systems and templates to empower the company to deliver high-quality visuals fast
- Keep the brand ahead of trends—fresh, bold, and consistent
- Shape how the company shows up globally across marketing materials
Requirements
- 2+ years of design experience (bonus if you’ve done video)
- Strong in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma
- Curious and confident with AI design tools
- Experience in SaaS B2B or scale-up culture is a plus
- Creative, fast, and adaptable—able to deliver high output without sacrificing quality
- Passionate about design and excited to build a brand that people love
- Available to work 32h per week
- Must be based in the Netherlands
