Systems Engineer

• Manage end-to-end enterprise tools from conception through delivery into production
• Specify a unified enterprise architecture and drive systems integration activities
• Partner with Commercial, Finance, Security, and IT teams to translate business requirements into enterprise-wide solutions
• Lead the design and modeling of architectures and integration of systems for delivery, development, and support of business processes
• Collaborate with domain tool and system owners to provide scalable, consensus-based architectural solutions
• Conduct technical analysis and facilitate technology design workshops for emerging technologies
• Validate designs produced by third-party vendors selling solutions to the organization
• Align IT strategy and planning with company business goals and act as system administrator when required
• Promote and collaborate on shared infrastructure and application roadmaps to reduce costs and improve information flow
• Build and maintain trusted technical advisor relationships and work with developers to ensure alignment with IT architecture frameworks and design guidelines

Enterprise Systems Architect

• Manage and maintain identity and access systems (e.g., Azure AD, Okta, Active Directory)
• Implement and optimize RBAC, SSO, and MFA policies and conduct regular access reviews
• Support security and compliance audits and collaborate to implement security best practices
• Harden endpoints, servers, and networking devices; monitor threats and support incident response
• Maintain patch management and vulnerability scanning processes
• Deploy, manage, and secure mobile and endpoint devices via MDM platforms; enforce compliance and zero-touch provisioning
• Manage device lifecycles and maintain hardware/software inventories
• Support and maintain networking components including firewalls, switches, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi
• Contribute to planning and standing up infrastructure in the new India office
• Troubleshoot network issues and assist in scaling global network operations
• Support projects integrating internal systems and data platforms; ensure interoperability, security, and reliability between services and APIs
• Deliver timely support to internal users across Windows, macOS, and mobile; assist onboarding/offboarding and maintain user documentation
• Participate in asset management, procurement, and IT inventory tracking

• Develop and refine channel marketing plans for distribution partners and installer networks
• Segment and prioritize target verticals and grow SPAN Authorized Installers network
• Create sales‑enablement toolkits: slide decks, ROI calculators, specification sheets, and training materials
• Manage demand generation and lead pass programs and design co‑marketing campaigns with partners
• Execute targeted lead‑gen programs (webinars, tradeshows, territory-based roadshows) with channel partners
• Produce market-specific content: case studies, white papers, videos, and application notes
• Partner with Sales, Product, Product Marketing, and Customer Support to align messaging and influence product roadmap
• Define KPIs and deliver monthly performance reports; participate in QBRs with key distributors and partners
