• Develop and own Migaku’s influencer and creator marketing strategy
• Identify, outreach to, and recruit influencers and content creators who align with Migaku’s mission
• Manage relationships with new and existing influencer partners, from onboarding to campaign execution
• Coordinate product gifting, affiliate opportunities, and paid campaigns as appropriate
• Collaborate with influencers to co-create engaging short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)
• Track and analyze performance of influencer campaigns (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI)
• Keep up with influencer trends, creator platforms, and relevant communities
• Collaborate with internal content and social media teams on content ideas and marketing initiatives
• Occasionally appear in video content or behind the scenes as needed
