About the role
- Lead the design and development of cutting-edge propulsion systems for spacecraft and satellites, including the "NovaStar" series.
- Conduct thorough CFD and thermal dynamics analyses.
- Collaborate with various teams to integrate propulsion systems effectively.
- Implement and oversee rigorous testing, ensuring system performance and safety.
- Analyze test results, refine systems, and maintain detailed documentation for continuous improvement.
- Provide propulsion expertise in project reviews and presentations and stay updated with industry trends.
- Ensure safety and compliance in engineering practices and manage supplier relationships.
- Handle multiple projects, demonstrating strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Significant experience in propulsion system engineering within the space sector.
- Deep understanding of fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, and propulsion mechanics.
- Solid experience in propulsion system testing and analysis.
- Proficient in CAD, simulation tools, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, with a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
