About the role

Lead product engineering efforts from concept through production, ensuring designs are manufacturable, cost-effective, and compliant with specifications.
Collaborate with design, quality, and manufacturing teams to introduce new products and improve existing product lines.
Support production by addressing technical questions, reviewing specifications, and providing guidance on product requirements.
Use CAD software to develop models, tooling, and fixtures that enhance product quality and production efficiency.
Analyze testing data, dimensional reports, and inspection results to identify opportunities for product and process improvements.
Partner with quality teams to resolve discrepancies, support MRB activities, and implement corrective actions.
Prepare engineering documentation including technical reports, change orders, and process updates.
Engage with customers to clarify requirements, provide technical support, and ensure product satisfaction.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing lead time, improving yields, and optimizing overall product lifecycle performance.

Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, materials science, or a related discipline.
2 to 7 years of product engineering experience in a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
Proficiency with CAD software (SolidWorks, NX/Unigraphics, or equivalent).
Strong understanding of GD&T, engineering drawings, and dimensional analysis.
Experience supporting production teams in a high-precision manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions.
