• Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality.
• Identify and implement process improvements that reduce waste, increase throughput, and strengthen hygiene capabilities.
• Partner with production teams to troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain and update process documentation, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Provide technical expertise to support new product development and scale-up for hygiene applications.
• Ensure processes comply with ISO 9001:2015 standards and hygiene industry requirements.
• Lead lean manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives to drive operational excellence.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Maintenance to deliver cost savings and process reliability projects.
• Recommend and support capital projects, equipment upgrades, and automation initiatives.
• Monitor process parameters to ensure consistent fiber quality and hygiene product performance.
• Conduct root cause analysis for deviations, quality issues, and customer complaints.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental standards.

Process Engineer

Engineering Manager

• Ensure production lines operate effectively to maximize productivity and product quality
• Develop and execute preventive and routine maintenance schedules for machinery and equipment
• Manage and maintain spare-parts inventory and coordinate equipment purchases and upgrades with vendors
• Supervise, lead, and schedule mechanical staff; ensure appropriate after-hours support
• Coordinate vehicle service and oversee in-house minor mechanical repairs on trucks and trailers
• Manage and oversee maintenance of all company-owned buildings and facilities
• Recommend operational improvements, assist in product development, and collaborate with Quality Manager
• Partner with external safety consultants and serve as primary contact for OSHA compliance and safety initiatives
• Contribute to long-term strategy and monitor trends in the nonwoven industry
