About the role
- Act as a Remodeling Sales Consultant selling residential roof replacements across the East Coast for Southern National Roofing
- Close sales and meet/exceed sales targets using provided high-quality leads (no cold calling)
- Present proposals, negotiate terms, and secure contracts
- Work evenings and Saturdays and be available to work up to 6 days per week
- Use technology (laptop/mobile/tablet) and company marketing materials to support the sales process
- Travel locally using own reliable transportation; maintain valid driver’s license
- Participate in company training and engage with management for career advancement opportunities
Requirements
- 3 Years prior sales experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
- Flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays
- Valid driver's license and own reliable transportation
- Ability to work up to 6 days per week, including mandatory Saturdays
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Self-disciplined and money-motivated
