About the role

  • Sell home roof replacements across the East Coast for Southern National Roofing as a Remodeling Sales Consultant
  • Serve as an outside sales representative meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Use quality leads provided by the company; no cold calling necessary
  • Close sales, negotiate with customers, and seal the deal to drive revenue
  • Build rapport and establish trust with customers through strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Work evenings and mandatory Saturdays; ability to work up to 6 days per week
  • Travel within assigned territory and meet customers in-person
  • Leverage company training, marketing materials, and dedicated support to succeed

Requirements

  • 3 Years prior outside sales experience
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
  • Flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays
  • Valid driver's license and own reliable transportation
  • Ability to work up to 6 days per week, including mandatory Saturdays
  • Coachable and eager to learn
  • Self-disciplined and money-motivated
  • Proficient in using technology (laptop, mobile device, tablet)
  • Outstanding negotiation and communication skills
