About the role
- Achieves maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within assigned territory
- Make regular sales calls to cultivate customer relations
- Analyze, plan, and maintain an efficient daily call pattern
- Achieve assigned monthly quotas and placement objectives
- Implement and maintain accurate records of sales and competitive activity
- Recognize major trends and directions in the market
- Install and maintain appropriate point-of-sale materials
- Assist customers with inventory management responsibilities
- Participate in sales meetings and training
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline preferred
- Valid and current driver’s license
- Working knowledge and proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Customer Relation Management (CRM) systems
- Goal-oriented, focused, and assertive individual
- Strong analytical skills with ability to calculate discounts
- Excellent verbal communications skills
- Ability to travel as required
