About the role

  • Provide administrative and operational support by maintaining office systems, supplies, and shared spaces
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales and Trade Development teams to support the coordination, communication, and execution of marketing initiatives
  • Maintain a professional and organized office environment, including reception areas, conference rooms, and kitchen spaces; greet and assist visitors as needed
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including phone coverage, correspondence, document management, supply ordering, courier coordination, and general office operations
  • Manage and track inventory for the regional office, Sales team, and Trade Development team
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and conference calls; prepare agendas, distribute materials, and document meeting minutes
  • Serve as a central point of contact for Sales and Trade Development teams regarding marketing initiatives
  • Maintain calendars, activity trackers, and brand documentation for regional Trade Development initiatives
  • Support logistics for trade shows, local events, and regional visits
  • Coordinate product registrations, listing applications, invoice coding, and invoice verification
  • Ensure purchasing, shipping, and receiving activities in collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners

Requirements

  • College diploma or equivalency plus one year of experience
  • Experience in marketing and administration in adult beverage or CPG
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, verbal/written communication, and analytical skills
  • Must require little direction or supervision; goal-oriented focused, and assertive
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/priorities on tight deadlines and maintain a high level of quality standard
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Proficient working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, presentations and email
