💰 CA$75,000 - CA$85,000 per year

About the role

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the local market and designated suppliers
  • Achieve customer objectives, key performance indicators and targets by implementing strategies and tactics
  • Oversee and maintain the relationships between the Company and regional customers to form long-term partnerships
  • Drive brand success through leadership selling, trade channels and actively supporting the selling efforts of sales reps
  • Take a lead role in Supplier Planning Initiatives
  • Create/deliver marketing programs/plans for use in the field
  • Plan, execute and evaluate sales, promotions, and marketing of brands
  • Utilize available analytic tools for consumer shifts/trends analysis

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field; or an equivalent combination of education & experience
  • Five years of relevant experience
  • Able to obtain & meet industry licensing, overnight travel requirements
  • Must possess a valid driver license & maintain auto-liability insurance
  • Proficient working knowledge of computerized applications
  • Presentation skills to effectively communicate, persuade, & facilitate discussions
  • Interpersonal skills are required to establish effective working relationships
  • Understanding of wine & spirits to include regions/varietals, product/food pairing techniques, basic production, & service
  • Ability to manage multiple projects meet deadlines & maintain a high level of quality output
