Perform a lead role in the development of rates and ensure the timely and accurate filing of rate applications and compliance documents.
Develop and prepare special studies and management reports.
Interface with regulatory agencies, other departments, and external customers in support of regulatory affairs and pricing objectives.
Oversee and prepare regulatory filings and associated tariffs, including supporting documents.
Maintain, update and revise rate models with financial data.
Assist with the development of new cost of service models to analyze impacts of changes.
Provide rate-related support to outside consultants as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Master’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience.
Equivalent work may be considered in lieu of degree.
