About the role
- Managing and developing commercial solar projects from early stages through to construction-ready status.
- Acting as a liaison between the sales and operations teams, ensuring key project entitlements are achieved.
- Following up on client requests, making sure deliverables are prepared in a timely manner.
- Analyzing client documents and portfolios.
- Supporting the sales team in external interactions across clients.
- Performing project management tasks such as tracking and managing timelines to ensure timely delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Environmental Science/Studies, or related field.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Earth.
- Strong attention to detail across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to address challenges and provide solutions efficiently.
- Capacity to work collaboratively with sales team and other departments.
- Familiarity with sustainability topics, including solar energy.
- Ability to evaluate and summarize data with attention to detail, especially related to solar project viability and client portfolios.
- Ability to drive high-visibility projects to successful completion.
- Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
