Community Engagement Manager – Community Solar

Strategy

• Engage utility planning and engineering teams to identify and advance opportunities to increase hosting capacity on constrained circuits.
• Build strong relationships across utility planning, asset management, engineering, operations, regulatory, and innovation teams.
• Develop technically credible, data-driven proposals that align distributed energy deployment with utility reliability and planning objectives.
• Identify, develop, and advance DERMS, dynamic hosting capacity, flexible interconnection, non-wire alternative, and other grid-modernization pilot opportunities.
• Analyze hosting-capacity maps, load forecasts, infrastructure plans, capital programs, and system-planning studies to inform market and siting strategy.
• Interpret integrated distribution plans, integrated resource plans, long-range transmission plans, and other utility planning filings.
• Monitor feeder and substation constraints, system-upgrade programs, load growth, electrification trends, and planned utility investments.
• Identify circuits and substations where targeted operational changes, grid technologies, or infrastructure investments could unlock additional DER capacity.
• Provide strategic guidance on integrating distributed solar and battery energy storage systems within utility distribution networks.
• Evaluate how operating requirements, export controls, tariffs, system limitations, and utility planning assumptions affect DER deployment.
• Support interpretation of feasibility studies, system-impact studies, facility studies, and related utility planning data.
• Provide input on point-of-interconnection strategy and system-integration considerations.
• Track emerging grid technologies, including ADMS, DERMS, advanced inverters, digital twins, VPPs, microgrids, and grid-enhancing technologies.
• Participate in utility working groups, regulatory forums, industry organizations, and technical conferences related to grid modernization and DER integration.
• Support development, interconnection, policy, and New Markets teams with early-stage grid intelligence and utility-planning insight.

Director, Grid Strategy – Utility Planning

Accounts Payable

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Accounts Payable team, setting clear goals and performance expectations
• Oversee daily AP operations, including invoice processing, approvals, and payment execution
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of high-volume invoices and vendor payments
• Manage workload distribution and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Build and maintain cross-training plans to reduce key person dependencies and ensure operational continuity
• Monitor team productivity and service levels, adjusting priorities to meet business demands.
• Own and optimize AP processes, including invoice workflows, approval hierarchies, and payment cycles
• Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend scalable solutions.

Accounts Payable Manager

• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing commercial organization, directly leading approximately three senior leaders across Acquisition, Care, and Direct-to-Consumer Marketing with responsibility for an overall team of approximately 8–10 professionals.
• Develop and execute Solar Landscape's subscriber acquisition strategy across community solar subscriptions, Care programs, and emerging revenue opportunities.
• Own subscriber acquisition strategy across all markets and channels, including broker networks, direct commercial outreach, digital acquisition, community engagement, municipal partnerships, and strategic channel expansion.
• Lead acquisition budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, ensuring subscriber acquisition costs, channel economics, and portfolio performance meet company targets.
• Optimize channel mix and allocation strategies to maximize project fill rates, acquisition efficiency, customer quality, and long-term portfolio performance.
• Establish KPIs, forecasting models, dashboards, and operating metrics to measure channel performance, conversion, customer acquisition cost, and enrollment velocity.
• Build and maintain executive relationships with enterprise customers, channel partners, brokers, subscriber organizations, municipalities, and strategic clients.

Senior Director – Subscriber Acquisition

Full-stack Engineer

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software systems to support both internal teams and external users (our CRE and Subcontracting partners) in the clean energy space.
• Lead full-stack development using TypeScript, Node.js, JavaScript, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.
• Maintain internal 3rd party platforms including Microsoft Dynamics (Customer Experience, Service Center, Insights & Journeys, and Field Service) as well as Business Central.
• Leverage AI-powered development tools to increase engineering velocity, improve code quality, and modernize workflows, while helping the broader team adopt best practices for AI-assisted development.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex workflows and business needs into elegant technical solutions.
• Lead and mentor engineers across US-based and offshore teams, elevating technical standards, improving system design thinking, and fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
• Manage deployment pipelines, performance optimization, and cost-efficient scaling of applications in Microsoft Azure.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and help define development standards, AI usage guidelines, and engineering best practices across the team.

Senior Software Engineer

Accountant

• Own and maintain monthly Estimated/Anticipated Cost at Completion at the project level.
• Partner with Project Managers to:
• - Review committed costs, actuals, and pending exposures.
• - Identify forecast variances and risk areas.
• - Update cost projections based on scope changes and field intelligence.
• Ensure forecast integrity through documented assumptions and variance explanations.
• Escalate material risks or budget overruns with recommended mitigation strategies.
• Support project budget setup and changes within financial systems.
• Validate that budgets are properly structured (cost codes, categories, contingencies).
• Monitor budget vs. actual vs. committed spend.
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate corrective action with PMs and Finance.
• Maintain clean budget hygiene and audit-ready documentation.
• Serve as a financial partner to the PM team to maintain cost discipline.
• Provide structured reporting on budgets vs actuals, committed costs, forecast variances.
• Flag early warning indicators of budget overrun.
• Support PMs in corrective planning (reallocations, contingency usage, cost mitigation strategies).

Project Accountant

• Maintain general ledger; prepare and enter month end and other required journal entries.
• Assist with reconciling investment, equity, debt and partners distributions.
• Review and reconcile monthly transactions and balances for accuracy.
• Assist with preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements and budgets.
• Prepare work papers and various reports for external auditing.
• Preparation of monthly management reports, including “Budget vs. Actual” variance reports of portfolios under management and providing follow-up of significant variances.
• Assist with completion of the quarterly and annual reporting requirements and financial covenants to various parties.
• Administer obligations and responsibilities under the project agreements.
