• Develop and maintain relationships with C-suite and key decision-makers at large commercial and industrial companies. Understand clients' solar needs and provide tailored solar solutions to meet those needs. Lead and close lease negotiations and ensure project delivery once the project is won.
• Help develop a comprehensive solar strategy for our key clients. Expand our coverage of our clients’ asset portfolio by bringing our relationship to new markets. Collaborate with Policy, Sales Analytics/ Enablement and Marketing teams to align client approach to our company strategy.
• Prepare proposals and presentations of partnership opportunities with Solar Landscape. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Lead coordination across internal construction, project management, interconnection, policy, and finance teams to ensure projects are developed and constructed efficiently, on schedule, and in alignment with financing, interconnection, and community solar program milestones. Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the development process to manage expectations, provide transparency, and ensure successful project delivery that meets both internal goals and client objectives.

Director, Development

• Facilitate and monitor subscriber compliance reporting requirements, including tracking deadlines, to ensure accurate, complete, and timely submission across utilities, markets, and program administrators.
• Review, reconcile, and perform QA QC on subscriber level data and compliance reports, identifying discrepancies, risks, and required remediation.
