• Perform a lead role in the development of rates and ensure the timely and accurate filing of rate applications and compliance documents.
• Develop and prepare special studies and management reports.
• Interface with regulatory agencies, other departments, and external customers in support of regulatory affairs and pricing objectives.
• Oversee and prepare regulatory filings and associated tariffs, including supporting documents.
• Maintain, update and revise rate models with financial data.
• Assist with the development of new cost of service models to analyze impacts of changes.
• Provide rate-related support to outside consultants as needed.
