Account Executive

• Maintain relationships with agencies.
• Work within established systems to generate new opportunities and ensure all demands are met.
• Develop and implement an agency contact plan to communicate and engage with potential agencies to build new relationships.
• Act as first point of contact for client queries and complaints and resolve them, referring complex issues to others and ensuring that the client receives an appropriate response.
• Identify the solutions that best meet the agencies goals needs, use personal expertise to propose solutions, and present to the agency with clear rationale and explanation of how the solution aligns to the agencies objectives.
• Set clear objectives for each agency; use standard materials to deliver presentations; and ask relevant questions to evaluate the client's level of interest and to identify and respond to areas requiring further information or explanation.
• Assist with the development of communications and work collaboratively to build strong external relationships and meet agency needs.
• Identify potential accounts by obtaining information, referrals, and recommendations from existing accounts and other contacts and/or through participation at events.
• Enter client information that has been gathered through research and/or through direct agency contact into the CRM system, to ensure that the organization has quality data to enable effective retention and organization development activities.
• Identify, within the team, instances of noncompliance with the organization's policies and procedures and/or relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct, reporting these instances and escalating issues as appropriate.
• Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation, where relevant, to improve performance and fulfill personal potential.
• Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.

Brand Manager

• Responsible for planning and executing marketing and communications strategies to support our mission and programs.
• Manage brand(s) and coordinate brand support activities.
• Develop and deliver marketing campaigns across all media to support the business plan.
• Coordinate a comprehensive area of process to distinguish product/program positioning.
• Guide the building of collaborative relationships in a complex setting.
• Execute a marketing plan for a particular product, service, or specialty area.

Brand Manager – Senior

Risk

• Responsible for generating revenue by representing Sourcewell’s Risk Services solutions
• Achieving profit and margin goals by managing risk pools served and generating fees by administrating risk pools
• Developing and executing on plans to engage with new pools, increase membership in pools, and drive growth in Risk Services
• Occasionally representing Sourcewell at internal and external meetings
• Actively managing the Risk Services business unit to achieve P&L goals
• Developing and executing on business plans to drive growth of the Risk Services business unit with guidance
• Launching new Risk Services solutions and onboarding new clients and partners
• Developing and delivering insurance renewals and proposals from underwriting, actuarial review, and final insurance premium development with guidance
• Supporting membership governance to make informed decisions regarding financial positions, wellness programs, renewals, premium development and other considerations
• Developing and employing risk management strategies to improve and grow solutions, meet financial goals, and provide high quality service to members
• Ensuring compliance with awarded contract terms and with all internal and external regulatory requirements
• Managing relationships with customers (i.e. suppliers, members, administrators, partners, brokers, and insurance agents)
• Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with all appropriate levels of customers to support goals in a cost-effective manner
• Developing and executing on account management strategies to provide high touch customer service with a high level of attention to detail
• Managing and delivering training on how to best sell Sourcewell solutions through various in-person and virtual methods

• Occasionally attending and presenting at tradeshows, conferences, internal supplier events and Sourcewell organized events to drive growth of Risk Services and increase awareness of Sourcewell and our solutions
• Capturing and developing Voice of Customer insights from and for members, administrators, partners, brokers, and insurance agents
• Managing the process of capturing insights from all customers about current and future trends in the industry, general market, and potential clients
• Representing suppliers to internal Sourcewell teams to establish strategies, focus Government Relations efforts, enhance procurement processes, and improve procedures to ensure sustained growth of contract sales
• Supporting the Category Development team by providing insights about current or future categories, suppliers, and agency needs
• Managing relationships with industry consultants, associations, and publications
• Representing the Risk, Benefits, and Insurance team at internal meetings and participating in the annual planning process
• Other duties as assigned

Risk Services Executive

Project Manager

• Partner with Operations management and organizational leaders to deliver operational projects on time and on budget.
• Manage the end-to-end management of operational medium and large projects and ensure project scope, schedule, budget, resources, change management, and overall quality of project delivery.
• Guide project sponsor and stakeholders across all phases of the project lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, risk mitigation, monitoring and control, and closure.
• Identify and structure work streams for projects and initiatives, work with project team to organize solution roadmaps and reach critical milestones.
• Collaborate with Operations focused teams and appropriate stakeholders to mitigate risks and proactively support planned and/or unplanned needs.
• Manage ongoing deliverables and determine appropriate priority of day-to-day tasks.
• Communicate and present information effectively to a wide variety of audiences.
• Develop and manage Operations improvement opportunities utilizing established methodologies for optimizing time and efficiency of project teams and operations.
