• The Principal Public Procurement Training Executive is responsible for generating revenue by representing Sourcewell’s enterprise solutions.
• This position is directly responsible for reaching profit and margin goals by developing strong relationships with public agencies and delivering subject matter expertise related to the procurement lifecycle.
• This position will be actively involved in mentoring external public procurement decision influencers and presenting information at public events.
• This person will serve as a mentor and trainer to others in the team and will represent Government Accounts at internal and external meetings.
• Support the identification of learning needs for public agencies by analyzing performance and competence data to identify gaps in relation to required levels.
• Run training programs for specific areas and help to prepare training content.
• Involves following established procedures and working under the supervision of senior colleagues.
• Resolve complex queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on policies and/or procedures, referring the most complex issues to others.
• Conduct routine tasks contributing to defining and implementing operations standards and specifications according to the organization's established protocols.
• Provide comprehensive and increasingly broad support to a wide range of public agencies, offering assistance in complex situations, and enhancing the impact on public agency success.
• Carry out compliance risk management within specific operational areas, ensuring alignment with compliance requirements.
• Build effective working relationships within public agencies and contribute to the management of the partnering relationship, delivering high-quality professional services within established routines or as part of an agreed project.
• Create, organize, and maintain files containing the correspondence and records of a senior colleague.
• Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching.
• Develop and maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.

Principal Public Procurement Training Executive

• This position serves on the proposal evaluation team, and as a member independently analyzes, interprets, evaluates, and scores complex, detailed proposal responses.
• Facilitates critical, time-sensitive elements of the overall procurement process.
• Assists with the effective embracement of Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
• Participates in the solicitation development process, pre-proposal process, and as an integral part of the Proposal Evaluation Committee.
• Responds to inquiries related to Procurement Department processes from participating entities, suppliers, and other interested parties in an efficient and effective manner.

Procurement Analyst

IT Support

• Provide IT technical support and incident resolution to internal customers and act as an escalation point for IT Support Specialists I.
• Receive and act on calls from internal technology users to support and resolve technical related issues.
• Follow incident management and service request policies and procedures to support effective incident recording and tracking.
• Keep end users informed on request or incident status and progress.
• Assess technical support requests/incidents to resolve or escalate to third-party support groups per SLAs.
• Contribute to IT process and service changes by identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Identify and document end user training requirements and education needs to reduce incident volume.
• Add to and update internal knowledge base used by IT Support and end users.
• Assist in creation of standard operating procedures and knowledge base content.
• Assist in support and maintenance of internal computer network, audio/video and telecommunications systems.
• Manage small- and medium-scale problems through problem lifecycle.
• Track all Sourcewell technical assets within the asset management system.

IT Support Specialist

Brand Manager

• Brand Management
• Assists in developing and ensuring brand and identity standards, including image and messaging throughout all Sourcewell-produced materials and attended events.
• Effectively develops and implements brand strategies to drive revenue and client engagement and loyalty, including media advertising and promotional activities such as print, online, electronic media, and direct mail.
• Conducts thorough market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends to inform brand strategy.
• Analyzes and reports on brand and campaign performance, including developing and managing key performance indicators (KPIs)to track and measure engagement and ROI.
• Leads strategy and implementation of marketing strategy within assigned vertical/audience
• Develops and implements marketing strategy to support assigned vertical(s) growth and revenue objectives, including media advertising and promotional activities such as print, online, electronic media, and direct mail.
• Leads cross-functional teams to develop new strategies and execute plans for revenue-generation and growth.
• Initiates and supports the execution of targeted marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and web.
• Enterprises and facilitates content development for assigned vertical and approves editorial and advertorial content.
• Oversees management of communication strategy through social media, Power Points, flyers, video, audio, banners and other selected mediums.
• Manages external agencies and vendors to ensure timely and on-budge delivery of all brand-related initiatives.
• Stays current with industry trends and best practices in brand management, marketing, and digital media.
• Assists with messaging and tracking of all marketing, communication, and public relations related collateral.
• Helps oversee studio productions, video and audio editing and content library.
• Develops and manages the brand focus area annual marketing budget and ensures marketing initiatives are within budget and aligned with organizational objectives.

• Works collaboratively with team members and other departments to align marketing, communication, and public relations strategies with departmental and organization goals.
• Assists in Researches Sourcewell’s marketing needs and assists in developing overall organizational marketing plan to include development of brand focus area specific marketing plans.
• Effectively conducts thorough research and effectively utilizes research and market intelligence to ensure marketing, communication, and public relations strategies are aligned with achieving organizational goals.
• Analyzes and recommends improvements and alternatives to execute the team’s plans and strategies.
• Provides marketing and public relations team business management
• Helps evaluate the department’s information and asset management systems, management procedures, and internal controls to ensure quality and efficiency.
• In collaboration with Marketing team leadership, assists in the development and implementation of best practices in marketing partnerships, use of data to aim campaigns, assuring continuity in messaging and branding across all mediums, and continuous improvement of processes and procedures for marketing projects and materials.
• Assists in monitoring department processes and procedures, along with implementation and efficient use of department workflow tools.
• Partners with Marketing team to provide input, guidance, and development
• Collaborates with digital team to ensure website content is current, consistent with messaging and brand, accessible, and maximizes user experience.
• Collaborates with social media and communication team to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and provide content and campaign materials with execution schedules.

Senior Brand Manager

Director

• Manage the Installation Support Program team to achieve P&L (Revenue and Margin) goals
• Lead the development of annual plans for Revenue and Margin to identify and support the growth of the team
• Develop Revenue and Margin (expense) budgets for the business unit to achieve assigned Revenue and Margin goals
• Manage the cost centers for the team to maximize Revenue & Margin
• Manage all aspects of the solutions within the assigned Installation Support Program
• Ensure that the team operates effectively within Sourcewell, supports our overall mission and applies our values in all interactions
• Lead the unit by delegating authority to team members to conduct daily operations while providing oversight to ensure the unit complies with all internal and external compliance and regulatory requirements
• Manage processes to ensure that the business unit works collaboratively with the Category Development, Cooperative Purchasing, Procurement, Government Relations, Information Technology and Marketing teams
• Direct and manage the process of developing and maintaining strong relationships with installations and suppliers to ensure suppliers fully support the ISP solution and that their support for Sourcewell’s Cooperative Purchasing program is maintained or increased
• Design and manage customer relationships through the use of various tools to ensure that feedback from customers is collected and that customers are satisfied
• Recommend and implement changes to processes and procedures
• Manage training programs to ensure that the team follows best practices for engaging, developing, and growing accounts
