About the role

  • Own the partnerships strategy for dealerships, fleet operators, and rental companies.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of strategic automotive partners to drive supply growth.
  • Lead negotiations, commercial structuring, and partnership agreements.
  • Manage key partner relationships and ensure long-term collaboration and performance.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to define partnership priorities and expansion plans.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Legal, and Product teams.
  • Monitor partnership KPIs, revenue impact, and supply contribution.
  • Represent the company externally in key industry and partner discussions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, or Automotive/Fleet industries.
  • Proven experience managing strategic accounts and closing high-impact partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen.
  • Deep knowledge of the automotive market in Saudi Arabia.
  • Ability to operate independently and build a new function from scratch.
