Compensation Analyst

Sales Engineer

• Develop and grow revenue through consultative selling with clients and prospects, presenting a warm, professional, well-spoken, and caring persona as an effective representative of SOTI.
• Provide email and telephone-based presales technical support for our software products.
• Perform production demonstrations that articulate the business and technical value of SOTI solutions.
• Collaborating with the regional sales team consultatively with clients/stakeholders.
• Helping them to envision the possibility of mobility.
• Educate on and facilitate SOTI solutions that can effectively address business and technical outcomes, positioning business value to customer organizations' decision-makers.
• Present the solution architecture, including all technical aspects of the product and supporting systems.
• Provide pre-sales technical support, installing and configuring enterprise software solutions during POC to prospective customers.
• Communicate with internal product development teams to resolve product issues & generate recommendations for product roadmaps (feature requests).
• Assist with the execution of internal team projects and initiatives.

Marketing

• High impact member of the regional sales team reporting into the Senior Manager, Field and Channel Northern and Western Europe
• Develop, implement, and manage regional marketing activity for Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg)
• Integrated and direct marketing activity directed at customers, prospects, distributors, and re-sellers as well as with SOTI´s hardware partners
• Regional trade show and event management
• Regional webinar content, schedule, and delivery working with corporate marketing
• Translation of collateral and presentation materials as necessary
• Exhibit best practices in email marketing and marketing automation to drive revenue and customer acquisition
• Manage demand generation aspects of localized websites and maintain regional micro sites as appropriate
• Execute regional lead generation and nurturing campaigns, programs and events
• Deliver ROI focused measurement reporting and measure key performance indicators with monthly and quarterly roll up
• Execute online media, email acquisition, affiliate marketing including Sales Force and Pardot
• Plan and manage regional trade shows and events, dispatch of SOTI booth assets and oversee their setup
• Maintain SOTI website and/or regional microsites with upcoming event information

Field and Channel Marketing Specialist

Salesforce Administrator

• Support administration of Salesforce including fields, layouts, reports, dashboards, users, profiles, approval processes and security
• Develop and implement flows, reports, dashboards, and objects within Salesforce
• Identify improvement opportunities to optimize system processes
• Work with subject matter experts to design and implement Salesforce functions and processes
• Respond to maintenance and user support requests, troubleshoot system issues and resolve them in a timely fashion to minimize the impact on users
• Create and maintain training documentation and perform user training, including training for new Salesforce users
• Promote best practices in Salesforce usage
• Implement and roll out add-ons and integrations and make users aware of new features
• Document Salesforce processes and procedures
• Configure and implement custom objects and support customization efforts to meet business needs
• Handle user requests and issues daily, provide support and suggest workarounds to end users
• Support SFDC onboarding/offboarding processes and act as a Salesforce subject matter expert and trusted advisor
• Stay updated on new Salesforce features and implement them across tools

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Manage and oversee global month-end and year-end general ledger close processes for all global entities
• Prepare and review income statement reconciliations and substantiate financial balances
• Evaluate and improve accounting processes to enhance efficiency and automation
• Ensure timely compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, and internal policies
• Support internal and external audits globally with accurate documentation
• Oversee financial management of capital projects: monitor budgets, manage cost codes, and track project expenditure
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Maintain and reconcile work-in-progress (WIP) schedules and ensure proper capitalization per accounting standards
• Apply project costing principles including retention accounting and progress billing for internal construction projects
• Ensure correct application of withholding tax (TDS) and maintain documentation for statutory reporting
• Proactively resolve financial queries from senior management and perform ad-hoc analyses
• Manage SEZ related compliances and filings
