Technical Account Manager

• Provide subject matter expertise on the implementation, configuration & support of SOTI MobiControl Mobile Device Management Software Solutions to meet project deliverables, which would include activities such as software installation, application configuration, testing and pro-actively troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during implementation if any.
• Hold requirement gathering sessions with clients and provide feedback to the back-end software development team to assist in any product fixes, enhancements etc.
• Setup and/or carry out large scale software migrations and upgrades.
• Assist Support and Pre-Sales teams with technical issues as needed and assist in software quality assurance activities if required including testing and documentation of product issues.
• Investigate issues reported by customers and communicate with internal product development teams to resolve product issues.
• Undertake Discovery Calls with customers to identify opportunities to effectively leverage SOTI Software across their different business units.
• Develop documentation to support the standard implementation and support processes.
• Document all Work Orders and Enterprise Support Cases accurately in a timely manner.
• Strong training skills, with ability to train end users on SOTI software in large number of people, on site or via phone.
• Log all testing, troubleshooting and research done of all known issues, workarounds, and general information to add to the support knowledge base.
• Act as a designated point of contact for a given set of Enterprise Support customers, developing an understanding of the customer’s business, how mobility is used by their business, and their future strategy for mobility.
• Provide consultancy (consisting of advice, training, knowledge transfer, and assistance with modifications to a customers’ MobiControl deployment) on a pre-scheduled basis in collaboration with the customer.
• Acting as a point of escalation for a customer who feels that their support cases are not progressing quickly enough or with the appropriate level of skill, as well as provide guidance and assistance as needed to Support team members who require specialised help with a given Enterprise Support customer’s environment.
• Advocate for your customers where prioritisation is required at meetings.
• Writing an Annual Technical Review providing a thorough breakdown of the Customer’s environment, configuration, and cases raised with recommendations for improvements.
• Work with assigned customers’ SOTI Account Manager to generate sales opportunities for your Enterprise Support customers.
• Develop and deliver occasional Webinars for your customers and colleagues on a specialized aspect of SOTI Mobility Management

Technical Account Manager, French Speaking

• Manage Top Platinum Partners: Oversee relationships with key platinum partners, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment with SOTI’s goals.
• Ensure NPI Adoptions for all CAM’s Region: Drive adoption of new product introductions (NPIs) within the assigned region.
• Drive Deal Registrations: Facilitate partner deal registrations to track and manage sales opportunities.
• Conduct QBRs with Partners: Regularly engage in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with partners to assess performance and identify growth opportunities.

Senior Channel Sales Engineer

• Responsible for developing and maintaining a strong relationship with Enterprise customers (up to an approximate license device count of 5,000)
• Responsible for developing and maintaining SME-level knowledge for SOTI MobiControl and learning 1 additional SOTI One Platform product to support Enterprise Customers.
• Should on-board Enterprise customers presenting benefits and how to access them, establishing processes for contacting TAM, setting up Administrator, raising cases and setting up regular cadence call.
• Deliver Quarterly Business Reviews including product roadmap (when available) in accordance with customer's requirements.
• Provide ad-hoc technical consultancy, advice and guidance using product and general technical expertise, including the timely communication of potential issues that may cause disruption
• Regularly attend TAM/Support sync meetings to assist and contribute towards the timely resolution/escalation of your customer's support cases.
• Oversee and manage any customer-requested Root Cause Analysis (RCA's) for Priority 1 Cases, maintaining responsibility for the delivery of information back to the customer preventing future reoccurrence.
• Create and maintain Business Profile containing personalized network diagrams, details on the setup and configuration of SOTI One Platform products, specific business use cases that improve understanding and potential for QA prior to assisted or paid upgrades.
• Contribute towards the creation of Webinars on a range of topics to benefit Premium and Enterprise customers, ensuring the sharing of accurate and up to date information designed to provide real business value.
• Undertake Discovery Calls for your Enterprise customers to deliver paid Work Orders, or free PS Hours (if applicable) for all Professional Services SKU's.

• Contribute towards the development and maintenance (or review/approval) of documentation to support the services delivered by SOTI Enterprise and Professional Services, Accurately document all initial and sign-off communication to organize Work Orders.
• Record progress against delivery of service within Work Order, including the amount of time spent on each service delivered for your Enterprise customers.
• Create and maintain Knowledge base documents that may be generated through errors or testing encountered, troubleshooting and research on known issues, as a result of SRT or advised by customer and raised as JIRA (confirmed by Development)
• Take opportunities to become a buddy to help oversee and assist new hires adjust to life in Enterprise and Professional Services.
• Complete necessary SRT Manifest Testing for responsible SOTI One Platform products, attending SME meetings held by Product Managers to provide relevant feedback.
