About the role

  • The role of Brand Partnerships Manager is integral to the growth and success of our commercial operations.
  • Reporting to the Head of Brand Partnerships, the role is focused on driving our business forward by retaining and growing our partnerships with key enterprise brands.
  • This is a hybrid role, where you will be required to work from our New York office for a minimum of 2 days per week.
  • Maintain and accurately report on the sales pipeline, including the likelihood of closing deals, every quarter.
  • Develop senior-level relationships across the industry, collaborating with brand partners to understand their strategic objectives and ensure we are delivering value to each account.
  • Develop an account planning strategy that defines the structure and opportunities for growth within each account.
  • Deliver on agreed sales objectives and revenue targets.
  • Stay up-to-date on the product roadmap and upcoming launches within SoPost, as well as the broader digital media ecosystem, to identify potential opportunities with existing brand partners.
  • Maintain a CRM database of key contacts and prospects.
  • Identify and attend industry events to network and raise SoPost’s profile within the beauty and CPG industry, where new business opportunities exist.

Requirements

  • Proven experience over 3+ years in account management within a high-volume deal, B2B sales, environment
  • Experience managing relationships with enterprise portfolio businesses within the beauty or CPG industries
  • A strong client database, preferably within the beauty or CPG industry and across media agencies
  • Proven track record of growing accounts, meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Proven track record of building strong client relationships, both brand direct and with agencies
  • Strategic, consultative sales approach with the ability to understand customer needs, create meaningful solutions, set expectations and close deals of all sizes
  • An understanding of the digital media landscape and the competitive marketplace in which we operate
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong competency in presentation software (e.g. Google Slides)
  • Experience working with CRM software, like HubSpot or Salesforce, is a plus
