About the role
- Drive and supervise security programs such as anti-cheat, Secure Development Lifecycle, and penetration testing, ensuring readiness for launch
- Guide engineering and development teams to build alignment on goals, scope, and timelines
- Translate technical requirements into clear, actionable plans that teams can implement effectively
- Monitor team progress and adjust priorities and resources as needed to maintain momentum
- Champion proactive risk identification, resolve blockers early, and keep progress visible to all collaborators
- Communicate updates in a way that builds confidence and visibility
- Balance multiple projects while adapting to changing priorities
- Supply program management expertise to other InfoSec initiatives when needed
Requirements
- Technical foundation in software development, information security, or a related area
- Experience as a TPM or Project Lead in a technology-focused role
- Strength in planning, tracking, and communicating with a variety of audiences
- Skilled in JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools
- Comfortable working with multi-functional, globally distributed teams
