About the role
- Design, plan, and execute early-career programs (e.g., internships, graduate or early-career programs) across SIE
- Develop program structures, timelines, milestones, and success metrics aligned with business needs
- Manage program operations end-to-end, including onboarding, orientation, events, and offboarding
- Ensure consistent, high-quality experiences across regions, teams, and disciplines
- Create learning and development experiences that support both technical and professional growth
- Partner with managers and mentors to support participant performance, feedback, and career development
- Build community and engagement through events, workshops, and networking opportunities
- Collaborate with recruiting, HR, legal, finance, and business leaders to align hiring goals and program needs
- Track program outcomes such as engagement, satisfaction, conversion, and retention
- Prepare insights and reporting for leadership to demonstrate program impact and ROI
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in program management, early-career programs, recruiting, HR, or talent development
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience managing multiple timelines and cross-functional partners
- Preferred: Experience managing internship or graduate programs in a global organization
- Preferred: Familiarity with creative, technology, or entertainment industries
- Preferred: Experience working with early-career talent across technical and non-technical roles
- Preferred: Knowledge of employment regulations related to student and early-career programs
