About the role

  • Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve KPIs such as revenue targets, Average Selling Price (ASP), Gross Margin, Local Contribution Margin (LCM), Help Rate and Same Day Help
  • Manage, coach and develop a team of Hearing Care Professionals and support employees
  • Effectively manage and support change management initiatives
  • Willing to travel throughout region and provide ongoing onsite support
  • Motivate the team to enthusiastically embrace the policies and procedures of AudioNova
  • Ensure the team provides a customer-centered approach
  • Ensure all employees are compliant with AudioNova’s local and global policies and procedures
  • Work collaboratively with other leaders to execute on all talent management initiatives
  • Lead strategies to improve engagement across the region
  • Collaborate with Real Estate, Facilities & Branding to execute on portfolio management initiatives
  • Foster a culture that aligns with the values and vision of AudioNova
  • Support the Senior Director, Sales with strategic projects
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal laws

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree, or Equivalent Experience required
  • MBA, preferred
  • Effective and professional verbal, written, and virtual communication skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • Marketing and promotion experience
  • Solid analytic and problem solving skills
  • Strong leadership, coaching, mentorship and counseling skills
  • Multi-unit management experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook, especially PowerPoint & Excel
