About the role
- Develop and execute a sales plan to grow Phonak and Unitron products across your territory
- Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers, providing product training and education
- Achieve sales targets and expand distribution points, ensuring company records and CRM systems are up to date
- Attend trade shows, industry exhibitions, and internal sales meetings as required
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform business strategy
- Offer technical support and exceptional customer service, including out-of-hours support when needed
Requirements
- Strong sales experience, ideally in hearing aids, medical devices, or related industries
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- IT literate with experience using CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a field-based environment
- Business or commercial qualification (desirable)
- Ability to analyse data and interpret business insights (desirable)
- Previous experience in training or presenting technical information to customers (desirable)
