About the role
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
- Assist key accounts with organizational skills and territory planning
- Maintain and update the key account strategic plan monthly
- Manage all aspects of assigned key accounts including opportunity identification and closing
- Ensure a high level of post-sales satisfaction and facilitate long term relationships
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales revenue targets
- Support implementation of customer specific advertising and trade marketing efforts
Requirements
- Experience managing retail accounts in either CE or CPG industries
- University degree in business or related field
- Excellent selling and negotiation skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking
- Availability and willingness to travel internationally (10-20% of time)
