About the role
- Manage day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
- Support the Area Manager/Region Manager to achieve clinic goals
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients
- Drive Triton Hearing’s culture, standards, and messages to ensure alignment and motivation within your team
- Identify, assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with auditory and vestibular impairments
- Fit, test, and manage hearing aids, including conducting otoscopic examinations and taking ear canal impressions
- Provide audiologic treatment for tinnitus using techniques such as tinnitus retraining therapy, education, and counseling.

- MNZAS Clinician experience
- Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and team members alike
- Demonstrate a focus on continuous quality improvement
- Natural relationship builder with a collaborative coaching style
