About the role
- Collaborate with research partners to design and implement post-market clinical studies on AB products
- Establish relationships with clinicians and communicate results internally and externally
- Execute clinical studies, including contracts, insurance, and ethical approvals
- Coordinate training, monitoring, and review of clinical trial data
- Support study results for publications and presentations
- Develop a high level of professional scientific, technical, clinical and regulatory expertise
- Travel requirement: 30%
Requirements
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Audiology
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in cochlear implants or a closely related industry
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, clinical study design, regulatory compliance for clinical research trials, and statistical techniques for data analysis
- Results-driven self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated credibility and professionalism
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional and remote teams
- Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office
- Preferred: Doctorate in Audiology
- Preferred: Expertise in cochlear implant and/or hearing aid signal processing
- Preferred: Experience in regulatory clinical research
- Preferred: Proficiency in German and/or Spanish and experience using statistical software
