- Oversee the commercial success of our hearing clinics across Northland, Auckland, and the Waikato
- Lead, motivate, and empower clinic teams to achieve revenue goals
- Deliver outstanding client experiences
- Cultivate a positive, high‑performing workplace culture
- Provide strong, engaging leadership across a large and geographically diverse region
- Coach and develop teams, ensuring operational excellence, and driving consistent performance throughout the North region
Requirements
- Proven experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams, ideally within a retail healthcare environment
- A strong customer and commercial focus, with a history of consistently achieving or surpassing business targets
- A calm, pragmatic leadership style and a genuine commitment to cross‑functional collaboration
- Confidence navigating ambiguity and the ability to adapt quickly when priorities shift
- A consultative, strategic approach to driving business growth and enhancing operational performance
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, using data to make timely, well‑informed decisions
