About the role
- Responsible for business unit financial performance and achievement of budgeted unit growth
- Directing, developing, implementing, and administering effective leadership and operational strategies
- Responsible for the successful management and operations of up to ten (10) practices across multiple states
- Leads the Operations Managers, General Managers or other functional groups within assigned region
- Organizes regular monthly staff meetings and routine physician management meetings
- Ensures AP operational Quality Assurance standards are being met
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration
- MBA or MHA preferred
- Minimum of seven (7) years’ managerial experience in laboratory administration and/or healthcare administration
- Knowledge of CAP, CLIA, HIPAA, Safety, EPA and OSHA Regulations
- Knowledge of P&L management
- Knowledge of human resource management practices
