About the role
- Own full sales cycle from prospecting to close for assigned accounts and territories
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
- Conduct high-impact sales presentations and demos of PathologyWatch digital solutions
- Leverage CRM (HubSpot) for pipeline management, forecasting, and activity tracking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dermatology clinics
- Identify client pain points and develop tailored solutions leveraging digital pathology
- Partner with Digital Success Specialists for onboarding and implementation
- Develop and execute a territory growth plan aligned with organizational priorities
- Identify and pursue new opportunities through targeted outreach, networking, and events
- Maintain detailed knowledge of market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
- This role will have routine access to Protected Health Information (PHI) and requires adherence to privacy and security standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in healthcare, diagnostics, or SaaS
- Dermatology, pathology, or lab experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
