About the role

  • Own full sales cycle from prospecting to close for assigned accounts and territories
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
  • Conduct high-impact sales presentations and demos of PathologyWatch digital solutions
  • Leverage CRM (HubSpot) for pipeline management, forecasting, and activity tracking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dermatology clinics
  • Identify client pain points and develop tailored solutions leveraging digital pathology
  • Partner with Digital Success Specialists for onboarding and implementation
  • Develop and execute a territory growth plan aligned with organizational priorities
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities through targeted outreach, networking, and events
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
  • This role will have routine access to Protected Health Information (PHI) and requires adherence to privacy and security standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in healthcare, diagnostics, or SaaS
  • Dermatology, pathology, or lab experience strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
