About the role
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and define technical approach.
- Design and configure tailored solutions that align with client goals.
- Deploy and configure Medicode and Fluency solutions in clinical environments tailored to client needs.
- Customize workflows to align with client-specific requirements and coding practices.
- Identify opportunities to enhance internal tooling and implementation processes.
- Serve as technical lead for the wide range of Solventum HIS product implementations including Medicode and Fluency.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including configuration guides and troubleshooting playbooks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT , Computer Science, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in technical implementation, engineering, or consulting within a healthcare environment
- 3+ years of familiarity with clinical documentation workflows, coding workflows, and EHR systems
- 3+ years of experience with system integration, APIs, and scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell)
- 3+ years of experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines
