Act as the technical voice of Ultramed during integration implementation discussions with hospital systems
Field technical questions and be primary point of contact for customer integration teams during the implementation process
Introduce and discuss integration technologies to customers and prospects
Lead technical discussions around HL7 field mapping and conformance to Ultramed specifications
Support customers using the analytics API to integrate with their BI systems
Advise on planning of, and working within, timelines aligning with customer rollout dates
Translate clinical requirements to technical integration requirements and integration feature requests where needed
Install, configure and test tenant integrations with hospital systems and teams
Maintain existing integration connections and assist with support cases involving integration issues
Maintain integration architecture diagrams and documentation
Keep up to date with integration developments in the product and industry and proactively suggest improvements to implementations
Requirements
Experience of the healthcare integration technology landscape (e.g. standards like HL7, FHIR)
Proficiency in scripting language such as Typescript
Excellent customer relationship skills
Proactive communicator
Resident in the UK for tax purposes with the right to work in the UK
