About the role

  • Architect and implement Creatio CRM solutions tailored to complex client business requirements
  • Lead system integrations between Creatio and client enterprise systems — ensuring clean data flows, optimal workflows, and strong user experience
  • Work directly with client IT departments to ensure on-time, in-scope, in-budget delivery
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear language for non-technical stakeholders — bridging the gap between IT and business
  • Coach and mentor junior consultants on Creatio best practices and implementation standards
  • Contribute to SM's internal knowledge base and participate in the broader Creatio community through blogs, webinars, or forums

Requirements

  • Creatio CRM Developer Certification (mandatory)
  • 4+ years leading CRM implementation projects, including system integrations
  • Deep hands-on Creatio platform knowledge — architecture, configuration, low-code development, and integration patterns
  • Strong client-facing communication skills — written and verbal in English
  • Experience mentoring or leading junior technical team members
  • Comfortable working in EST-aligned hours
