About the role
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer support requests
- Diagnose and troubleshoot Dynamics 365 (CRM) issues
- Provide functional guidance, including no code configuration and business process adjustments
- Escalate complex technical issues to internal teams or partners while maintaining ownership of follow up and customer communication
- Advise customers on best practices and improvements
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in technical support or customer service
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field or equivalent professional experience in a technical support capacity
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM)
- Familiarity with no-code development and business process configurations
- Understanding of support workflows, triaging, and SLA-based environments
