About the role
- Drive successful NetSuite Planning & Budgeting (NSPB) implementations for customers
- Collaborate closely with ERP Consultants and Project Managers to deliver NSPB capabilities
- Provide NSPB expertise to support the sales team and demo the platform to prospects
- Develop, enhance, and contribute to the NSPB delivery methodology
- Work alongside BI Analysts on BI4NetSuite and NSAW implementations to develop BI and financial reporting solutions
- Analyze business procedures and determine software modifications
- Develop specifications, configure systems, oversee and deploy environment modifications
- Host client meetings to gather requirements, analyze situations, and provide solutions
- Coordinate with consultants and project managers to meet deadlines and provide status updates
- Provide end-user training during implementations and lead NSPB implementations from start to finish
- Assist with estimates of effort for NSPB implementations and contribute NSPB content for marketing
- Contribute to Research and Development on the BI4NetSuite platform
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or consulting
- 2-5 years of experience with NetSuite Planning and Budgeting (NSPB) or similar Oracle EPM platform (required)
- Experience with other Financial Planning and Budgeting (FP&A) platforms (asset)
- University degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or Business Administration (accounting or finance)
- Experience in all project phases: analysis, design, deployment, configuration, system administration, conversion, installation, training, support
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio) (asset)
- Experience with NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW) (asset)
- Experience with other NetSuite EPM platforms (Account Reconciliation, Close Management and Consolidation) (asset)
- Good communication skills to provide training, execute technical setups, explain technical concepts to end users, and conduct meetings with stakeholders
