About the role
- Perform daily review and verification of financial entries in Xero to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in daily financial postings
- Update and maintain the Power BI Dashboard with latest financial and operational data
- Update required datasets for monthly and quarterly P&L reporting and reconcile financial reports
- Prepare P&L reports for review by the General Accounting (GA) team and conduct detailed P&L analysis
- Prepare and maintain FSS Cost Efficiency Reports and provide actionable recommendations to management
- Coordinate with the GA team and other finance functions and provide ad hoc financial data support to management and relevant departments
Requirements
- Graduate of BS in Accounting or Economics
- With 1-2 years’ experience as Financial Analyst
- Advanced knowledge in Excel
- Exposure in Power BI, Tableau, or ERP
- Experience with Xero (daily review and verification of financial entries)
- P&L monitoring and analysis experience
- Experience updating/maintaining Power BI dashboards
- Ability to prepare FSS Cost Efficiency Reports
- Cross-team collaboration with GA and other finance functions
- Working in the IT Industry is an advantage
