About the role
- Keep the team on track with timelines, deadlines, and budgets
- Follow up with project management workflows and communication
- Setup project meetings and record meeting minutes
- Assist PM with creating and migrating tasks/projects from the client’s system to the internal one
- Ensure team members have the information they need to complete assigned tasks
- Help the Project manager with clearing project impediments
- Perform Quality Control (re-test tickets) and review project deliverables
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years working as a project coordinator or relevant experience
- Experience in e-commerce testing (ex: Shopify, Wordpress,...)
- Fluent in English (writing, speaking, reading, listening)
- Structural and systematic thinking
- Friendly, Energetic, Good teamwork & independent working
- Experience as an IT project coordinator
