About the role
- Plan, manage, and optimize email marketing strategies
- Execute email segmentation and personalization tailored to the market
- Create and enhance automation workflows
- Plan, run, and report on A/B tests
- Analyze email campaign performance metrics (OR, CTR, CR)
- Work with CRM and marketing automation tools
- Collaborate with design and content teams for email campaigns
- Stay up to date with email marketing trends and tools to integrate into processes
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in email marketing
- Proven experience in email marketing with a data-driven approach
- Advanced knowledge of email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, SmartMessage, etc.)
- Strong expertise in segmentation, automation, and personalization
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Analytical mindset
- Familiarity with KVKK (GDPR) and spam regulations
