About the role
- Exploding Kittens is a leading game and entertainment company with a mission to inspire people to connect, laugh, and play fun games in the physical world.
- Design and produce marketing assets for the Exploding Kittens brand and its games across print and digital platforms
- Develop DTC/online retailer content, including PDP images and Amazon A+ content
- Create engaging email and SMS campaigns that drive sales and keep fans coming back
- Support additional creative needs as needed, including promos, paid ads, event/tradeshow visuals, and social content
- Maintain brand consistency while optimizing designs for performance across all channels
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery
- Collaborate with marketing and e-commerce teams to ensure all creative meets brand, technical, and platform requirements
- Portfolio submission required; applications submitted without a portfolio will not be reviewed.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in Graphic Design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Proven experience designing for Amazon PDP and A+ content, with an understanding of retailer image requirements
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Experience in Project management tools such as Monday.com or similar project management tools
- Familiarity with paid ad and social content creation
- Bonus points for illustration, animation, or video editing chops
- Bonus points for Interest in card and board games
