About the role

  • Soligent is the largest pure play solar distributor in the Americas. Be the face of Soligent to customers; generate new business and grow existing accounts. Develop new business and retain and service clients for a specific geographic region. Generate and develop new business to meet specified sales goals. Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships. Respond to all customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner. Function as liaison between customers and operations staff. Understand and communicate information regarding company products, services, and policies and procedures to clients. Possess and maintain thorough knowledge of solar industry product information. Gather information on local competition and industry; communicate to management. Ensure all required client paperwork is complete, accurate, and submitted on time. Provide timely and accurate reports as required. Attend and participate in business/trade events and team strategic sales meetings.

Requirements

  • Expert in NetSuite, MS Excel, Word, and CRM software. Commitment to excellence and high standards. Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow. Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills. Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with colleagues and suppliers Flexibility and innovation as a team player Must have access to a vehicle for regular, weekly customer visits Ability to travel by plane or car (Up to 50%)
