  • Support DOJ Acquisition Career Program (ACP) tasks, including development and implementation of the ACP; Administering 1102 Mentor/Protégé Program; FAC-C training for cohort participants; Tracking cohort status; Developing and maintaining digital presence for the ACP; Promoting and overseeing participation in cohorts and events; Tracking and documenting achievements; Facilitating OAM responses to data calls; Other activities related to DOJ ACP plan.
  • DOJ Acquisition Career Management Program (ACMP) tasks, including understanding OFPP and DOJ policies; Creating/revising documentation; Recommending improvements; Training and development for Acquisition Workforce; Assessing training needs; Responding to FAI CSOD; Reviewing FAC certifications; Pulling reports and data; Maintaining DOJNet; Supporting related policy and training activities.
  • Other related duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Able to obtain a Public Trust
  • Preferred – Previously held DAWIA Contracting Professional Certification or FAC-C Professional (previously held FAC-C Level III or DAWIA Level III certification is also acceptable).
  • Preferred – Previous Experience with Acquisition Workforce career management, talent management, training management.
  • Preferred – Solid understanding of the Federal Acquisition Certification (FAC) Programs.
  • Preferred – Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Products (e.g. Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
