About the role
- Lead, support, and develop a team of roughly 4-6 sales representatives to achieve targeted total sales, gross profit, technical, equipment & service programs
- Partner with your team to deliver on district sales goals and budget commitments
- Coach and mentor others by providing clear guidance and constructive feedback to strengthen commercial, technical, and business capabilities
- Foster consistency by ensuring alignment with systems, policies, and regulatory requirements
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, manage costs, continuously strengthen business processes and drive value at customers and prospects
- Serve as a trusted technical and commercial partner to customer QA, operations, and food safety teams
Requirements
- A university or college degree and experience selling in a B2B environment (specialty chemical sales preferred)
- 2–3 years of experience leading or managing a sales team
- Fully bilingual in French and English
- Excellent working knowledge of SFDC (Salesforce), Workday, Tableau, Microsoft Office 365 Platform and AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT
- Strong relationship-building skills across customer organizations and internal partners
